Shipping
Order Process and Shipping Times
On a normal basis orders are processed and shipped with in 24 hours, if demand is high it may take up to 48 hours but this is only about 5% off the time.

Once shipped your order will reach you on an average of 2-3 business days. We cannot guarantee transit time since we have no control once it's left our hands so please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping is always FREE!
You never have to pay extra for shipping, all prices shown are the final prices. We ship your order expedited, depending on weight it will either ship First Class or Priority Mail. All orders ship via the United States Postal Service.

Overnight not available
We do not offer any overnight or 2nd day service. The reason being we cannot guarantee you'll receive it next day and price would probably double the cost of your order. We work hard to get your order to you ASAP and most of the time it won't take more than a few business days to reach you. To be safe please order with about 5 business days to spare.

Payment
We currently are accepting Visa credit cards, Dwolla, or a USPS Money Order - please see instructions here. If you can't use any of these methods please contact us.

All payments you make on our site are completely secure and encrypted. We don't even see your financial information. Secured by a 128 bit encryption your information is always safe.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product all sales are typically final. We guarantee you will receive the exact product advertised and 100% authentic kratom but we make no guarantees. Because of this we highly suggest ordering a small amount of any new strain before buying quantity. If we make a mistake on your order we will gladly make it right.

For order cancellations there will be a $4.50 refund fee that our bank charges us plus any shipping cost if the order has already shipped. All returns must be cleared with us before any refund will be given.

Privacy
Although Kratom is for the most part legal in the USA we understand if you don't want everyone knowing your purchase. Your privacy is taken very seriously, first we never sell or give away your information whether it be your email, name, address or anything of the kind. Your order will arrive in a plain envelope with no indication that it was shipped from us on the outside. We respect your privacy to the fullest and you have no worries ordering from us.

Use of Kratom
We only sell Kratom for incense, decoration, research, educational, and historial purposes only. How to you choose to use our product is completely up to you but we in no way sell anything for human consumption. This is FDA regulation and we make no claims that kratom treats, cures, or prevents any ailment or disease.
