Shipping
Order Process and Shipping
Times
On a normal basis orders
are processed and shipped with in 24 hours, if demand is high it
may take up to 48 hours but this is only about 5% off the time.
Once shipped your order will
reach you on an average of 2-3 business days. We cannot guarantee
transit time since we have no control once it's left our hands so
please allow up to 5 business days.
Shipping
is always FREE!
You never pay extra for shipping, all prices shown are the final
prices. We ship your order expedited, depending on weight it will
either ship First Class or Priority Mail. All orders ship via the
United States Postal Service.
Overnight not available
We do not offer any overnight or 2nd day service. The reason
being we cannot guarantee you'll receive it next day and price would
probably double the cost of your order. We work hard to get your
order to you ASAP and most of the time it won't take more than a
few business days to reach you. To be safe please order with about
5 business days to spare.
Payment
All our payment
are process safely and securely through Paypal. You do not need
a Paypal account to order. You can purchase with a credit card or
debit card just like any regular checkout.
We accept all major credit cards
and debit cards. You can also pay with an e-check, these work just
like a regular check and will take about 3-5 days to clear before
we can ship your order.
All payments you make on our
site are completely secure and encrypted. We don't even see your
financial information. Secured by a 128 bit encryption your information
is always safe.
Return
Policy
Due to the nature
of the product we sell we cannot take product back for a refund.
We guarantee 100% you will receive real Kratom and only Kratom in
the capsules however Kratom works differently with everyone and
there's no set amount anyone should take. If we find out we received
a bad batch we would be will to exchange product but we test all
Kratom before it's shipped to avoid this problem. We think you'll
be more than happy with your order.
Privacy
Although Kratom
is completely legal in the USA we understand if you want to keep
things private. First we never sell or give away your information,
ever. Your credit card or bank statement will read "KC Distro"
showing nothing about Kratom. Your order will arrive in a plain
envelope with no indication that it was shipped from us on the outside.
We respect your privacy to the fullest and you have no worries ordering
from us.
Use
of Kratom
We only sell
Kratom for educational and historial purposes only. How to you choose
to use our product is completely up to you but we take no responsibility
for your choices. It's always a good idea to talk with your doctor
or naturopath before starting any new substance.
The average dosage for people
who choose to use Kratom is about 2-4 grams. Our capsules are about
600mg each. Most people who use Premium Bali take about 4-8 capsules
per use. And most people who use Maeng Da take about 3-6 capsules
per use. This of course varies from person to person and to get
the perfect amount it's good to start small and gradually increase
dose until it's perfect for the individual. Please note this is
just information again we are not doctors and make no claims that
anyone should be using Kratom.
